Magenta’s Safety Protocols and Continuity Planning
In response to COVID-19
At Magenta, we are proud to have a 25-year history of putting people first. These values have guided our approach to addressing the evolving COVID-19 pandemic.
Starting Monday, March 16, all Magenta employees will be working remotely, if their role allows. Our offices will be closed to the public but still be accepting mail and deliveries.
We are confident that this precaution will have no impact on our business at this time. Our team has been using remote work capabilities for several years and is prepared to maintain our award-winning levels of customer service.
In addition to working remotely, the Magenta team will refrain from non-essential business travel and events until further notice. All meetings with business partners, brokers, borrowers and investors will be held virtually.
By taking these actions, Magenta will play its part in helping reduce the spread of the virus and its impact on our community and healthcare system.
