Please be advised that we have posted our list of Magenta preferred lawyers to the brokers secure portion of our website.  If you do not have access, please go to the “login” portion of our website and register as a broker – you will then be provided access.

Effective January 2, 2014 Magenta will be requesting that all fundings be completed by a lawyer on our preferred list.  Should your client wish to use counsel not on our list, this is acceptable, however Magenta will also require use of our own independent counsel at client cost.  This policy is consistent with industry practice.
