Holiday office closures
Please note that Magenta’s offices will be closed between 12 pm on Friday, December 24 and Monday, January 3. Our offices will reopen on Tuesday, January 4, 2022.
We’ll continue to conduct essential business functions during this time and will do our best to reply to any urgent requests. However, our ability to help will be impacted by holiday closures at banks, law offices, and related businesses.

Payment change requests
If you need to change to a payment scheduled between December 29, 2021, and January 4, 2022, please let us know immediately. The deadline to make payment changes or deferrals is 4 pm on Thursday, December 23, 2021. Banks require three business days to stop or alter a payment, so we cannot accommodate requests made after this time.
