Holiday office closures
Please note that the Magenta offices will be closed between 12 pm on Thursday, December 24, 2020, and January 1, 2021. Our virtual offices will reopen on Monday, January 4, 2021.

Payment change requests
If you need to change to a payment scheduled between December 24, 2020, and January 1st, 2021, please let us know immediately. The deadline to make payment changes or deferrals is 4 pm on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. Banks require three business days to stop or alter a payment, so we cannot accommodate requests made after this time.
