HR Administrator
About your role
Reporting to the VP of HR, the HR Administrator provides administrative and procedural support in all matters pertaining to talent management. The ideal candidate for this role is high level energy, self-motivating and strong learning agility.
What you’ll work on:
-Coordinate the scheduling of HR activities, programs and events as required.
-Administer internal and external job postings and manage applicant tracking system for all incoming job applications. Track probationary period performance evaluations for new hires.

· Complex deals and finding solutions for our broker clients
· Manage the productivity of the underwriting team, ensuring efficient and effective workflow is achieved
· Collaborate with the leadership team on the development and prioritization of strategic initiatives
· Produce and analyze various financial reports that assist the team in its daily activities and communicate important outputs to leadership teams
· Maintain working knowledge of all Information Systems/Programs with underwriting, and analyze/recommend improvements t work processes and procedures
· Serve as a credit supervisor to all team members
· Manage escalations from brokers and act as point of contact for brokers when necessary
· Ensure departmental guidelines, procedures policies and credit risk objectives are adhered to
· Oversee the completion of underwriting file reviews and audits as required

About your role
Reporting to the Controller, the Financial Planner and Analyst will enhance the capabilities of the team and assist them with their daily tasks and reporting requirements. What you’ll work on:
· Work with senior leadership team to prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
· Prepare monthly and quarterly results package, identifying variance analysis of actual spend to budget and provide useful insight
· Prepare annual forecast for multiple entities, incorporating market data and tracking financial covenant compliance
· Prepare stress testing and effectively communicate results
· Prepare various forecasts including yields, volumes, and weighted average cost of capital and effectively communicate results
· Prepare key financial metrics dashboard monthly
· Key point of contact for creating/preparing financial reports and info for various department leads across the organization, as well as responding to financial inquiries in a timely manner
· Develop new processes to increase accuracy and efficiencies within the finance department
· Develop new financial models to provide further insight into business risks and opportunities
· Provide ad-hoc support for forecasting projects with Director, Analytics
· Provide ad-hoc support for finance projects with Controller
