Holiday office closures

Please note that Magenta’s offices will be closed between 5 pm on Friday, December 23 and Monday, January 2. Our offices will reopen on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

We’ll continue to conduct essential business functions during this time and will do our best to reply to any urgent requests. However, our ability to help will be impacted by holiday closures at banks, law offices, and related businesses.

Payment change requests

If you need to change a payment scheduled between December 24, 2022, and January 3, 2023, please notify us by Thursday December 22, 2022. Banks require three business days to stop or alter a payment, so we cannot accommodate requests made after this time.
